The general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the following services provided by Buddy Créatif: Laughter Yoga sessions, CSAM coaching program, ideation workshops called Cercles Créatifs, training sessions, and team building activities.

By booking and paying for one of these services, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. Consulting services and corporate advisory missions are governed by a separate service contract between Buddy Créatif (service provider) and the client, and only the terms of this agreement prevail.

Payments must be made at the time of booking for the days and times specified in the product description.

Payment is required at the time of booking for paid sessions. Prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. Therefore, each session is limited to:
• 20 participants for Laughter Yoga
• 6 participants for Cercles Créatifs
• 6 mentees per cohort for the CSAM coaching program.

Laughter Yoga sessions or Cercles Créatifs are guaranteed subject to sufficient registrations, and you will be informed in case of rescheduling. 

• No refunds will be given for cancellations of Laughter Yoga sessions.
• For cancellations of Cercles Créatifs and coaching programs, you have 14 days to withdraw, up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of the first session.
• Any cancellation is treated as a rescheduling request and must be made at least 48 hours before the session/workshop for rescheduling to another date/period or cancellation. The request must be sent to carole@buddycreatif.com. 

• Laughter Yoga: Buddy Créatif cannot be held responsible for injuries or damages occurring during the sessions.
You certify that you are fit to participate in the session and will contact Buddy Créatif in case of any health concerns at carole@buddycreatif.com.

• Cercles Créatifs: As a pre-incubator, we guide participants in defining their projects by sharing tools and expertise, without guaranteeing specific results.
Each participant is responsible for their own progress, materials, equipment, and refreshments. We are committed to creating a warm and secure atmosphere so that everyone enjoys a productive, pleasant, and friendly experience.
